We customize and provide standard TFT LCD Modules from 0.9" to 32" for both TN LCD and IPS LCD, according to the customer’s needs. The products are widely used in industrial automation, smart home, robots, face recognition, instrumentation, security, medical equipment, portable applications, and other product fields.
Once we get the RFQ from a customer, we check the application of the TFT that will be used, its size, the exact parameters that the customer wants as well as the timeline for the projects.
Once we get all that information, we will evaluate it internally to check for the possibility of customization.
Once we have proved that the design can be customized, we will send the quote for customer confirmation and then confirm the NRE charge. We will then begin the design stage. Our engineer will make a drawing with specs to send to the customer for confirmation.
After drawing confirmation we proceed to the sample stage. We will use the drawing and specs provided to create a sample which will then be confirmed by the client.
After sample approval, we start with the pilot production followed by the mass production stage.
