Eagle Tech – We make the screen that you want

A touch screen (also known as a touch panel) is a type of visual display that can be controlled by a stylus/pen or one or more fingers using single or multi-touch gestures. Instead of using a mouse, touchpad, or another device, the touch screen allows the user to interact directly with the display's content. Custom screens are modules that are manufactured based on the user’s requirements.

Eagle Tech provides customized display solutions based on a product's use and a few unique needs, such as electrical, optical, and touch requirements. Eagle Tech provides TFT customization services in addition to customizing touch screens for clients. Even minor design changes, features, and requirements should be managed through a custom process. All improvements and ideas are doable.

Because design-specific adjustments can often dramatically reduce production costs through application-specific simplicity, our display module unit pricing is frequently equal to or lower than comparable off-the-shelf products. Such displays are valuable because they allow for design flexibility and continuous optimization.

Eagle Tech is a very reliable and reputable touchscreen manufacturer. We have extensive experience in this field. To better meet your needs, we offer several customization options. We deliver the most appropriate Custom TFT LCD for your applications.

Custom TFT LCD

Full custom TFT LCD solutions allow you to customize all parameters according to your application. Eagle Tech offers customization of the following:

Size: Whenever we think of display, the first thing that comes to mind is size. Eagle Tech gives you full freedom to give the size of your choice. We make LCDs ranging from 3.5 inches to 21.5 inches.

Thickness: we can adjust the thickness of the LCD based on the display applications. For commercial use will be used in thin thickness and thicker for industrial applications.

Brightness: The scientific term for an object's visual brightness is brightness or luminance. The brightness is measured in candelas per square meter (cd/m2) or nits. The importance of brightness in terms of perceived picture quality cannot be overstated. The importance of brightness is enhanced by the fact that brightly illuminated scenes and objects elicit a more positive response from the human mind. Users are typically drawn to brighter displays that are more visually appealing and easier to read. Eagle Tech can provide customized service for the named brightness.

Viewing Angle: The final factor to consider is the readability and accessibility of the displayed content. This is especially true in transportation applications and information carriers used in digital signage. Choose solutions that provide the most viewing angles for such devices. The best options are 89°/89°/89°/89°. However, not every project will necessitate such high viewing parameters. For example, if your design includes a screen that is below the line of sight (as in home appliances), you can use a matrix with a viewing angle of 12 o'clock. If your application's users will be looking at the screen from below, a matrix with a viewing angle of 6 o'clock will suffice.

IPS and TN LCD Option: In addition to TFT, IPD and TN panel options are also available.

Bonding: Air, OCA, and LOCA bonding options are available.

Custom Touch Screen Parameters
Full custom projected capacitive touch screen solutions allow you to customize all touch screen parameters to meet the needs of your application. The following parameters of touch screens are customizable:

Touch Screen Type: Eagle Tech offers resistive touch as well as capacitive touch screens.

Size: We offer a wide variety of sizes, ranging from 3.5 inches to 86 inches.

Cover glass: We offer cover glass made with holes or ik-10 glass. We distinguish ourselves from the competition by using advanced equipment, cutting-edge techniques, and specialized inks. Logos, buttons, cutouts, pinholes (for LED indicators and cameras), and a variety of colors can be included in cover glass graphics. Cover glass can be ultra-thin and light, or thick and heavy for tough applications. To achieve the best results, we work with a wide range of glass, acrylic polycarbonate, and film materials.

Touch Solutions: There are different touch solutions available for touch screens. We offer EETI, ILITEK,GOODIX, and other automotive degree options.

Interface: Interface is a very important parameter from a connectivity point of view. Keeping in view the industrial and commercial products, we offer a USB interface along with RS-232 / I2C provision.

Surface Treatment: We offer all sorts of surface treatments. Anti-fingerprint (AF) surface treatments lessen fingerprint marks when touching the display directly. This is frequently combined with a touch panel.

The anti-bacterial (AB) coating is applied to the cover glass. In the medical field, nano-silver technology is widely used, and when combined with a SiO2 layer, it breaks down the bacterial cell wall and reduces bacteria reproduction by 99.999%.

The anti-glare (AG) surface treatment is a low-cost way to reduce glare and unwanted reflections. Under normal conditions, light reflects in a predictable manner. This can be specular or diffused.

Bonding: Air, OCA, and LOCA bonding options are available.

Customization Process
The following steps are involved in the customization process of TFT LCD Touch Screens:

Requirements: At the start of the customization process, the client provides us with basic information about the application as well as general requirements for the technical parameters of individual elements.

Evaluation: Once we have all of that information, we will evaluate it internally to see if there is room for customization. It may require interviewing the client as well for a better understanding of the requirements.

Pricing and Design: We prepare the pricing and commercial offer once the initial project is agreed upon. We create a detailed executive drawing of the touch screen once the client accepts the initial project. The drawing incorporates all necessary dimensions and shapes specified by the client. At this stage, the client can also make minor changes. In this case, all changes to the project are made until the final acceptance, that is, the client's signature is obtained.

Sampling: Following drawing approval, we move on to the sample stage. We will create a sample based on the drawing and specifications provided, which will then be confirmed by the client.

Production: The client authorizes the samples. In general, batch production takes a few weeks. When the entire manufacturing process is completed, it can be repeated numerous times without incurring additional costs. There is also the possibility of making some changes before the next batch is produced. However, the client must keep in mind that any changes to the project may result in an NRE fee or a change in unit price. Depending on the application complexity and other customized components, batch manufacturing can begin with just a few pieces.
